Vito Raspanti

Vito J. Raspanti is our Associate Attorney out of our Philadelphia office. Vito has represented thousands of asbestos victims & their families in the Philadelphia area & throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania over a legal career that has spanned close to a quarter of a century.

Vito feels very strongly about his chosen profession. "Our clients are the salt of the earth!" he says. " The best part of my job as an asbestos attorney, is when I get to actually meet our clients. Nothing gives me more pleasure than being able to secure a settlement on their behalf after the ordeal that they have been through."

Before becoming a member of the BCA team, Vito was an associate asbestos attorney with the prestigious Philadelphia law firms of Greitzer & Locks and Brobyn & Forceno. With the Brobyn firm, Vito had the pleasure of representing railroad workers in Delaware, New York, Ohio, Kentucky, Tennessee, Georgia & Nebraska under the Federal Employers Liability Act (FELA).

Vito currently resides in Washington Township, NJ with his lovely wife, Rosemarie & their two daughters, Giovanna & Gabriella.
