CLS Case Overview
CLS Lite will allow you to quickly view all of the cases you have associated with BCA right from your own office computer. With a few clicks of the mouse, you will be able to pull up a complete list of your cases and drill into the specifics of each case.
Cases at a Glance
The overview screen provides you with the general information of your cases such as, client name and address, handling attorney and status of the case. You will also be able to see all of the active defendants in your cases and a complete list of produced documents. Additionally, important upcoming dates and action steps are also displayed.
Individual Case Information
From the overview screen, CLS Lite also allows you to view each case individually. This screen will provide you with detailed information about each of your cases. CLS Lite is constantly updated by BCA staff to reflect the most current information on your case. Here, you will be able to view:
- Upcoming hearings and deadlines
- All produced documents
- Experts assigned to your case
- Recent client contacts
- Depositions
- Settlement information
- Petitioned information
- Service tracking
- Updated case notes
- Much more
CLS Lite gives you the ability to track every aspect of your cases from beginning to end so you’re not left in the dark. Additionally, the communication features allows you to provide input, add and review notes and communicate via email right from the interface. Best of all, a log sheet of all communications is always tracked and available for review.
CLS Reporting
CLS Lite gives you the ability to run custom reports on all of your cases. Similar to Microsoft Access, the reporting features allows you to easily generate case reports based on your desired criteria, including:
- Case type
- Case status
- Handling attorney
- Handling office
- Geographic location
- Referral date
- Upcoming calendar items
This reporting feature allows you to “drill down” to see only the cases that are relevant to your given query.
