Individual Client Webpages
BCA has developed Personal Client Account Pages for all of our clients. These client webpages offer your clients the ability to receive daily updates to keep them current on their case and the status of the ongoing litigation. They provide your clients with pertinent articles and videos to keep them informed. They’ll also find all the relevant legal documents involving their case. Additionally, these client webpages feature an “Interactive Center” which allows clients to send messages to you and provide us with any updated information to help facilitate communication between you and your clients.
Case Status Generator
BCA has introduced a new client tool, the Case Status Generator. This tool, much like an online banking service, will allow your clients to log into their own personal, password protected client file from any computer to get a real-time status of their case. The number one client complaint about their attorney is a lack of communication and infrequent updates about their case. This tool gives your clients the ability to check the status of their case at any time and it frees up your staff to focus more on legal work and less time fielding calls from clients. This Case Status Generator is the first of its kind in the legal industry, so we will continue to add new features as the tool evolves to keep your clients stay better informed about their case.
