BCA has structured various JV models to better serve our partners and their capabilities. From the initial marketing and case acquisition, all the way through final litigation, we have broken down the various functions of the process one-by-one into individual models from which your firm can select the one the best suits your needs. Among these functions are:
- Upfront Financial Investment
- Marketing & Case Acquisition
- Client Intake
- Client Management
- Claims Submission (only relevant for specific litigation)
- Litigation
We have developed models that incorporate all permutations and combinations of these various functions and have assigned different fee splits to each model. This allows you to keep whichever functions you desire in-house, while partnering with BCA and/or other BCA partners to facilitate the remaining functions.
BCA is always interested in discussing case acquisition and associated partnerships with firms all over the country. With offices spanning ten states, we have the ability to cover a large jurisdiction in-house, but we also have partnerships with attorneys across the nation who are able to assist us with cases outside our own jurisdiction. There is no case we cannot handle!
