In the world of litigation - particularly for plaintiff’s firms - practice areas are constantly evolving. As such, BCA is constantly adding to and subtracting from the areas of practice in which we’re accepting cases. While our expertise and notoriety has come primarily from occupational law in the petrochemical industry (eg. 2005 Texas City Explosion & 2010 Gulf Coast Oil Spill Disaster), we also carry strong dockets of mesothelioma, pharmaceutical, maritime, FELA, aviation, class action, women’s safety right and many other areas of law.
